Meet Chef Francisco Lopez

Francisco Lopez grew up in Guadalajara kitchens, where dinner meant family, stories, and tortillas fresh off the comal. Since 1989, he has carried those same flavors into every pot of caldo de res, every taco de machaca, every tray prepared for your fiestas. As a chef and father, he cooks like he would for his own home, generous servings, honest ingredients, and food that brings people closer. When you call for catering or sit down to eat, Francisco is usually close by, checking pots, greeting vecinos, and making sure nobody leaves hungry.

A Neighbor You Can Trust

Our team are familiar faces, serving your weekday dinners and your biggest celebrations.

From Guadalajara To Here

Cenaduria Lopez opened in 1989 in Guadalajara, built on simple ideas, cook like home, serve with cariño, and never let anyone leave hungry. Years later, those same recipes and that same spirit made their way north, where families now sit down to the machaca, sopes, flautas, and caldo de res that started our story.

A Story Served Daily

Every day our kitchen feels like a busy family house, pots simmering, tortillas warming, and neighbors stopping in to talk about their day. Francisco leads the line, but our guests complete the picture, parents, kids, workers, and abuelitos all sharing plates that taste like real home cooking. Come by or book catering and become part of that story.
